Definitions

“Conditions” means these terms and conditions together with any amendments or updates to them which are issued by us or on our behalf from time to time;

“Event” means India Vision Mandala Festival

 “Ticket” means any valid ticket which permits the Ticket Holder to attend the Event at the Venue on the basis of the details set out on the Ticket.

“Ticket Holder” or “you” means any person possessing or using a Ticket to gain entry to the Event.

“Venue” means the site at which the Event takes place, which at the date of these Conditions is intended Mandal Top, Dirang, West Kameng District, Arunachal Pradesh including all adjacent and surrounding areas used or controlled by us in connection with staging of the Event, including without limitation any car park and camping sites.

“We” means organisers of India Vision Mandala Festival

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. TICKETS ONCE SOLD ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. All scheduled days of the event shall be deemed to have been fully delivered in their entirety and shall NOT BE SUBJECT TO ANY REFUNDS (whether full or partial), credits, rebates, future benefits, or price adjustments of any kind.
   
   
2. Please remember to bring your tickets to the venue for entry, along with a valid government ID (e.g., Aadhar, driver’s license, passport, etc.).
   
   
3. Outside food and alcohol will not be allowed inside the venue. Arms and ammunition, weapons of any kind, will not be allowed inside the festival premises.
   
   
4. A refund will be initiated if there is a force majeure.
   
   
5. We will not be responsible for any loss of property within or outside the festival premises.
   
   
6. Children under 12 years receive free entry.
   
   
7. All transactions (except NFC CHIP Recharge) within the festival premises will be cashless.
   
   
8. Confirmation of venue purchase will be provided at the point of purchase, and E-Tickets will be issued via WhatsApp no later than 24 hr of payment being received.
   
   
9. Once a ticket is named, it cannot be passed or transferred to another individual unless done so via organizers under special circumstances, for which an administration fee will be charged, and only to a known individual.
